Hi! My name is Kyle (he/him). I'm a PhD Candidate in the Applied Philosophy program at the University of Waterloo. My primary research interests are in philosophy of language, especially its applications to problems of manipulation, deception, and oppression. I am also interested in communication through data visualizations, like graphs and charts. Outside of my major research interests, I maintain interests in social epistemology, games, and more!

I earned my BMath in Honours Pure Mathematics/Teaching in 2021, and my MA in Philosophy in 2022.
